Terms of Service
1. Provider
SentinelOS is operated by MINTIFY sp. z o.o., ul. Głęboka 26, 21-025 Niemce, Poland, KRS 0000998897, NIP 7133121611, REGON 523469545.
2. Business service
SentinelOS is intended primarily for business and professional use. It provides software functions designed to help organizations monitor and manage operational aspects of customer communication.
3. Authorized accounts and integrations
Customers may connect only accounts, phone numbers, messaging services and other resources they are authorized to use. Customers are responsible for maintaining any permissions, notices and lawful bases required for their own use of connected services and customer data.
4. Acceptable use
You may not use SentinelOS to violate law, infringe third-party rights, send unlawful or unsolicited communications, bypass platform restrictions, obtain unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, or use the service in a manner that materially threatens the security or availability of SentinelOS or a connected platform.
5. Third-party platforms
SentinelOS may integrate with third-party services such as messaging platforms, hosting providers and AI technology providers. Those services may be governed by separate terms. Availability or functionality of an integration may change if a third-party platform changes its products, APIs, policies or technical requirements.
6. Customer data
Customers retain responsibility for and rights in their business data. To provide the service, the customer authorizes SentinelOS and its contracted service providers to process data according to the customer's instructions, applicable documentation and any data processing agreement.
7. AI-assisted functionality
SentinelOS may use automated and AI-assisted analysis to classify operational states, summarize conversations, identify follow-up needs or produce suggestions. Automated output may be incomplete or incorrect and should not be treated as professional legal, medical, financial or other regulated advice. Business users remain responsible for decisions and communications made using the service.
8. Availability and pre-release functionality
Some SentinelOS functionality may be in development, pilot or early-access stages. Features may change before general availability. We may perform maintenance or modify the service to improve security, reliability or compliance.
9. Intellectual property
SentinelOS software, branding, documentation and original content are owned by or licensed to MINTIFY sp. z o.o. Except for rights expressly granted to customers, no intellectual-property rights are transferred under these Terms.
10. Suspension and termination
We may restrict or suspend access where necessary to address security risks, legal requirements, material misuse, non-payment under a commercial agreement, or violations of these Terms or third-party platform requirements.
11. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SentinelOS is provided subject to the limitations and warranties stated in the applicable commercial agreement. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

13. Governing law
Unless a separate commercial agreement provides otherwise, these Terms are governed by Polish law, without prejudice to mandatory rules that may apply in a specific case.
